What we do in Comporta and Tróia

Between Comporta and Tróia we work turnkey: we design the project, select every piece, supply and build it, and see the works through to handover.

Simple, with little room for error

Here a simple interior is a tightly controlled one: it supports the landscape rather than competing with it, and the simpler it looks, the less room there is for error. That is why we choose materials and colours in the property itself, with the light and the view in front of us, and oversee the works on site through to handover.

From design to handover, building works and suppliers included. What we take on in a turnkey project.

Away for most of the year? Our team is on the ground. Projects run from abroad.

Questions about a project in Comporta and Tróia

What projects do you have in Tróia?

The Tróia Villa: an eight-bedroom, 500 m² holiday villa by the sea, designed around white as its concept.

Do you work with clients who don’t speak Portuguese?

Yes. The whole project, from the first meetings to following the works, can be done in English.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope, the size of the property and the level of finish, and it is always fixed in a proposal before work begins. How we arrive at a project fee.
