“Just Between Us!” Newsletter
Anyone subscribing to the “Just Between Us!” newsletter provides their name and email address. This data is used solely to send the newsletter and is processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent, given in the form and confirmed through the link sent to the email address provided.
For this purpose, the data is stored in two tools acting as processors: HubSpot (contact management and email delivery) and Google (Google Sheets). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
The data is kept for as long as the subscription is active. The subscription can be cancelled at any time through the link included in every newsletter or by email to atelier@atelierrenatasantosmachado.pt. After cancellation, only a record that the address does not wish to receive the newsletter is kept, so that it is not contacted again.
Contact enquiries
Anyone sending an enquiry through the website's forms (the one on the contact page and the one on the project pages) provides their name, email address and/or telephone or WhatsApp number, their message and, optionally, answers about the space, the type of project, the area and the timing. This data is used to reply to the enquiry and to follow up on any project that results from it, and is processed on the basis of the consent given in the form.
The enquiry reaches the atelier by email and is recorded in a Google spreadsheet (Google Sheets). When it includes an email address, it is also stored in HubSpot (contact management). Google and HubSpot act as processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. For enquiries sent from the contact page, a confirmation that the enquiry was received is sent to the address provided.
The data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and follow up on any resulting project. Its deletion can be requested at any time by email to atelier@atelierrenatasantosmachado.pt.
