It’s a turnkey process that defines spaces and finishing materials. Partial or full, it involves layout studies, material selection, lighting, coverings, and construction solutions. It includes technical surveying, concept development, detailed drawings, budgeting of materials and equipment, supply, and, if needed, construction supervision.

Works through remote meetings, using shared floor plans, photos, space measurements, moodboards, technical drawings, and shopping lists —all in digital format. The client receives the full project with all necessary instructions to execute it, and can also choose remote support during implementation. A practical and accessible solution, ideal for those living far away and wanting to benefit from a professional design service.

Consultation via 30’ or 60’ video call, ideal for clarifying doubts, validating ideas, and making decisions with professionaland technical support. Covers topics such as space optimisation, room reorganisation, furniture layout, choice of colours, lighting, materials, decorative details, and more.

This service must be scheduled in advance via our email or contact form and can be booked as many times as needed.

Already have all the pieces but don’t know the best way to arrange them in the space?The layout study optimises the organisation of the space, ensuring flow, functionality, and visual balance.Based on the existing plan, we propose the best furniture arrangement and functional zoning. It is particularly useful in early construction phases, house moves, or when reorganising spaces, before investing in furniture.

  • 3D Project: Development of high-quality photorealistic images, in partnership with specialised companies.
  • Art Curation: We support the client in selecting, acquiring, and integrating art pieces with strong aesthetic, emotional, and heritage value. This service includes artwork curation through specialisedgalleries and coordination of placement on site.
  • Home Organisation: We work with professional organisers. From closets and kitchens to laundries and bookshelves, each space is designed to gain space, order, and practicality.
  • Move Coordination: We manage the entire move with specialised partners, ensuring a smooth, safe process aligned with the final installation —with no effort for the client.
  • Import and Export Support: We assist with the import or export of interior and decoration materials between countries, providing logistical, legal, and customs support through experienced freight forwarders.

Step 01

Briefing Meeting and Technical Survey on Site

The first stage of the process is dedicated to getting to know the client and the space. In this meeting, we gather all essential information: desired functionalities, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, available budget, and expectations.We also carry out a technical visit to the site, where we take precise measurements of the spaces and record all construction elements —such as light points, windows, openings, and existing structures. This survey allows us to work with accurate data and avoid surprises during the course of the project.

Creative Concept, Moodboard and Layout Studies

Based on the briefing and survey, we develop a creative concept that translates the project's vision. We present moodboards with visual references, color palette, material suggestions, and decorative style.At this stage, we also propose different space distribution options, analyzing flow, functionality, and visual balance. The layout studies include furniture arrangement, definition of functional zones, and organization proposals, always adapted to the real-life experience of those who inhabit the space.

Creative Development and Technical Dossier

With the layout defined, we begin the detailed selection of materials, furniture, lighting, fabrics, decorative pieces, and equipment. We gather all the necessary information for the correct execution of the project: technical plans, sections, elevations, custom furniture drawings, lighting schemes, electrical points, and other technical details.

Budgeting and Schedule

From the technical dossier and the curation, we prepare the detailed budget of all materials and supplies, as well as the execution schedule. This phase ensures transparency, financial control, and clarity in the scheduling of all stages.

Operational Execution and Follow Up

We take on full management of the execution process: we make purchases and orders, monitor production, coordinate deliveries, and manage logistics. We supervise the final on-site assembly and installation, ensuring everything is carried out with precision down to the last detail. After delivery, we remain available to clarify doubts, adjust elements, and ensure the client’s complete satisfaction.

The Essential

Do you do international projects?

Yes. We develop international projects remotely, with full support in Portuguese or English, traveling to the site for assembly and styling.

Do you provide all the materials and equipment?

Yes. We provide all items defined in the project — from furniture, fabrics and lighting, to coverings and decorative objects.

Do you make custom furniture?

Yes. We design custom furniture with exclusive design and production in professional carpentry.

Can I reuse the furniture and pieces I already own?

Of course. We integrate existing pieces whenever possible, with taste and respect for their emotional value.

Do they work with their own contractors or can I choose my own?

We work with teams we trust or we just deliver the project and the technical dossier and the Client is the one who indicates the company they prefer to work with. We can, or may not, depending on the Client's wish, manage the work.

Do they assist with certifications (licenses, ergonomics, acoustics)?

We forward to technicians specialized in these cases, monitoring the proper progress of the work.

How do you manage cost control and the budget of the project?

Before starting the purchase and order process, we guarantee all detailed budgets to avoid overruns. If any deviation occurs during execution, the Atelier assumes the error.

Do they offer guarantees on the quality of what they install?

Yes. The guarantee given by the Atelier is the guarantee that each supplier offers on their products and installation.

If something goes wrong with a supplier or installation, who takes responsibility?

Always the Atelier. The customer always receives everything in perfect condition and we guarantee that any problems are resolved with maximum efficiency.
