Two formats, for different situations

A consultation gives direction. The online project sets out the full creative proposal. Neither is a lesser alternative to a full project: the difference lies in the depth, and in who carries it out.

Online decoration project

For clients far away, or who want a project to carry out themselves

The complete creative project, delivered digitally: layout, moodboard, technical drawings, colour and material palette, furniture, lighting and textiles, and a shopping list with references and prices.

Interior design consultation

For a specific question, in a 30- or 60-minute session

The layout of a room, colours, materials, lighting, the right piece for a spot. You leave with clear direction and specific recommendations; carrying them out is up to you.

With building work, or no time to manage purchasing and installation: turnkey interior renovation.

Online decoration project

A fully online interior design or decoration service. We don’t visit the space: we work from what you send us, in remote meetings, and deliver the complete project with every instruction needed to carry it out.

How it works

  1. You send us the information about the space: measured floor plans, measurements, photographs, videos showing the light through the day, your style brief and the budget available.
  2. We talk it through in remote meetings, working from that material.
  3. We develop the creative proposal: a layout fitted to the space, guidance on proportion and scale, a moodboard, a colour and material palette, technical drawings, and the choice of furniture, lighting and textiles.
  4. We deliver the project digitally, with a file listing every approved item, with its references and prices, and the instructions to carry it out.

What stays with the client

Carrying it out: choosing suppliers, placing orders, coordinating deliveries and installation. The online project doesn’t include an on-site technical survey, detailed construction drawings, supplier coordination or supervision of works. You can, however, add remote follow-up as an optional extra service.

It isn’t suited to renovations that change the floor plan, the electrics or the plumbing. For those, the right project is turnkey.

The online project’s strengths and limits, in detail

Interior design consultation

A one-off session of 30 or 60 minutes to clear up questions, validate ideas and make decisions with professional, technical support. It can be online, by video call, or in person, and it can be repeated as often as needed.

What a session covers

Making the most of the space, reorganising a room, furniture layout, colours, lighting, materials and decorative details. Often the greatest value lies in the mistakes avoided: a piece not worth buying, building work that wouldn’t solve the real problem.

Online or in person

Online. For focused questions: a sofa, a palette, a combination of materials, a layout adjustment. For clients living outside Portugal, it brings clarity before an important decision, without travelling.

In person. When the space is more complex, there are several questions at once, or the space needs to be read in person.

How to prepare for an online session

Before the session, send us a floor plan with measurements, photographs of the space, ideally with the natural light at different times of day, and a clear brief of what you want to resolve. The more precise the information, the more useful the session.

What a consultation doesn’t include

Detailed technical drawings, exhaustive measurements, full specification lists, supplier coordination or supervision of works. You leave with clear direction; carrying it out is up to you. When the space needs more, the next step is the online project or a turnkey project.

Questions about the online project and the consultation

What is online interior design?

An interior design or decoration project developed remotely, without visits to the space. We work from the floor plans, measurements, photographs and videos you send us, in remote meetings, and deliver the complete project digitally.

Does the online project replace a full project?

No. They are services with distinct scopes: the online project covers the creative process, and carrying it out is the client’s responsibility. In a turnkey project, we oversee and coordinate everything from start to finish.

Do I need to send a floor plan?

Yes. Accurate measurements are essential for a reliable layout proposal; photographs and videos complete the picture.

Is there support after the online project is delivered?

You can add remote follow-up as an optional extra service. Without it, implementation is the client’s responsibility.

Do you work with clients outside Portugal?

Yes. The online project and the online consultation need no travel, and we regularly work with international clients, in Portuguese and in English.

How long is a consultation?

30 or 60 minutes, depending on the level of detail needed. You can book as many sessions as you need.

Is the consultation online only?

No. It can be online, by video call, or in person. In person works best when the space is complex or there are several questions at once.

Will I leave the consultation with everything decided?

No. You leave with clear direction and specific recommendations. Carrying them out, and the technical detail, stay with you or whoever implements them.

Does a consultation include a shopping list?

It doesn’t include a full specification list with brands and models. It can include recommendations on the type of piece or general references.

Consultation, online project or turnkey: how do I know what I need?

With specific questions and a sense of direction, a consultation may be enough. For a project you want to carry out yourself, the online project. If you are starting from scratch, with building work, or want the atelier to run the whole process, a turnkey project.
